PROGRAMME: |

Transfer to Cippo. The excursion takes place in the pine
forest of the mountain, and the guides focus on the natural and historical
aspects of this site. It is possible to go up to the end of the wood and
therefore to reach the rocky banks which precede the pass of Trabocchino. There
is a fanstastic view from here. The ancient pine forest of Carpegna is home to a
colourful population of Eurasian red squirrel (Sciurus Vulgaris), sometimes
willing to overcome their shyness and approach visitors.
The excursionists then go back to their cars.
