CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
We would like to remind clients of the
following:
to avoid disturbing the environment with
excessive and invasive movements small
groups will be formed each having their own
guide. This will not only reduce
environmental impact but will allow the
excursionists to enjoy a more authentic
experience, the natural environment and the
companionship of fellow excursionists.
Furthermore the organisation will provide
means of transport to accompany the group to
the point of departure in order to avoid
inconvenient trips by car.
Please remember that:
the programmes have been organised to enable
nature lovers to enjoy places and savour
moments. The excursions are fun and
educational and stop at significant points
of interest. They are easy to follow and
ensure that no-one is ever left behind.
Their level of difficulty is clearly
indicated: one is easy, two is of average
difficulty and three is difficult and tiring.
The latter is obviously more suitable for
experienced excursionists. In any case, the
organisation will provide detailed
information about the nature of the
excursions.
Please remember that:
each excursionist is covered by a Unipol
insurance policy.
Essential clothing
Mountain wear: walking boots, thick socks,
long trousers, windcheater or jersey,
raincoat or cagoule, a large flask, hat, a
light rucksack and a packed lunch.
Recommended accessories:
Sunglasses, protective suncream, binoculars
and camera. Excursions which take place in
particular environments (either very cold or
very hot) or which require partial
immersions in water, require special
equipment indicated by the following:
“Special clothing required: info at
information office”
N.B. The organisation and guides reserve the
right to make changes to the route on the
basis of the current situation. They also
reserve the right to exclude people who are
not adequately dressed, who do not have the
necessary equipment or who have not
registered.
